Megan began her practice as a business coach in 2002, after a 13-year career as an attorney, and four years as a professional free-lance writer. Megan is the Team Nimbus franchise holder for New Jersey. Team Nimbus was founded in 2004 and has helped several hundred business people in Virginia, North Carolina, New Jersey and Ireland to double their business income. Team Nimbus NJ has been working with business owners in New Jersey since February 2005.

Megan has a BA from Antioch College and a JD from New York University School of Law. She is a certified coach with Results Coaching Systems (RCS), a member of the International Coaches Federation, the New Jersey Professional Coaches Association, Business Network International, and the New Jersey Association of Women Business Owners.

Dan Porcher

Dan came to Team Nimbus NJ following a 23-year career in the design and development of computer systems. He had spent the previous six years focused on the development of web sites, using the power of the web to make a positive difference for businesses and organizations, through his company Watershed Web Design. Prior to opening his own business he was a programmer with Merrill Lynch.

Designing web sites is a fusion of Dan's technical skills, his artistic abilities, and his business sense. Working with Team Nimbus as a client, Dan realized that what was missing from the mix was helping business owners more directly. Having spent three years volunteering as a coach in personal development programs, Dan became a trained facilitator with Team Nimbus and joined Megan as partner in the Central New Jersey region in January 2006.

Dan received his BA from Bennington College in 1980, and started programming professionally in 1984 while studying in New York University's certificate program. He has served on the Board of the New Jersey Communications and Marketing Association, and is a member of Business Network International and the Mercer Regional Chamber of Commerce.

Lorette Pruden

Lorette works at the intersection of business and people processes--getting business results from people, from strategic planning that works, and from teams that deliver. Lorette was named one of 2006’s Top NJ Management Consultants by NJBIZ. Since 2000, she has been a small business owner herself. Before that, Lorette worked for Mobil in new product development. She led, trained and coached cross-functional teams of marketing, sales, R&D, manufacturing, and financial people.

Lorette has a Ph.D. from Princeton University, and a B.S. from Maryville College.
She is a member of the National Speakers Association and is a Director of the Institute of Management Consultants, NJ. Lorette is active with Business Network International, the Princeton and Somerset Chambers of Commerce, the Montgomery Friends of Open Space, and the New Jersey Council of Farmers and Communities.
